| The satisfaction of over 20,000 members requires an efficient structure that is tailored to local needs. The co-operative's territory is therefore divided into seven decentralised sectors and 36 regions. The co-operative's geographical and human proximity is today one of its great strengths. |

|
| The co-operative's geographical proximity enables it to be permanently on-hand for its members and to offer a more efficient service. This local approach involves a closely-knit network of 150 shops and collection points, but also, and more importantly, teams of technicians and sales staff with an overall view of each farm. Each sector is controlled by a sector manager, responsible for applying the co-operative's general policy and adapting it to local aspects. These sectors are divided into 36 regions, placed under the responsibility of regional managers who run their own staff (either fixed or mobile) who in turn handle relations with the farmers. |

Veterinary surgeons, engineers, nutritionists, quality-controllers, technicians (crops, food, buildings and genetics...), drivers... more than 750 of Coopagri Bretagne's men and women are in daily contact with its members. Their principal skill is their capacity to provide technical and economical solutions that are specifically tailored to each farm, whilst also taking into account environmental requirements. |
